地下室结构板混凝土随捣随抹技术应用

华发广场-1项目地下室车库底板原设计需在施工地坪漆前施工细石混凝土找平层,鉴于该传统做法易出现脱层、空鼓、开裂、起砂等质量缺陷,为此,项目部对原设计做法进行工艺改良创新:取消细石砼找平层,通过采用地下室结构板随捣随抹光施工技术使底板结构完成面平整度达到楼地面精装修标准,实现直接在结构板上施工地坪漆。

The Application of the Technology of Concrete Plastering while Vibrating in the Basement Structural Slab

The original design of the basement garage floor of the Huafa Plaza-1 project requires to finish the fine stone concrete leveling layer before the floor painted.In view of this traditional practice,quality defects such as delamination,hollowing,cracking,and sand formation are prone to occur.The project department improves the original design,first,the leveling layer is canceled,then the method of platering while vibrating of the structure in the basement is adopted,which can reach the standard of the fine decoration building floor.After that,paint will be finished directly on the constructure plate.
