| 摘 要： | 基于6 mol/L盐酸介质中溴酸根氧化甲苯胺蓝的退色反应,建立了测定微量溴酸根的新的退色光度分析方法.在最大吸收波长625 nm及选定的实验条件下,测定溴酸根浓度的线性范围为0.1～0.9μg/mL,检出限为3.62×10-4g/L.该方法可在室温下进行,用于化学试剂中痕量溴酸根的测定,结果满意.
