草酸沉淀法制备氧化钕工艺研究

摘    要:通过对草酸沉淀法制备氧化钕的研究,发现采用草酸与氨水的混合沉淀剂沉淀钕,沉淀过程和产品性能与单一用草酸沉淀钕完全相同。这种方法与单纯草酸沉淀法相比,草酸单耗下降0.32kg/(kg氧化钕),且氧化钕收率提高0.8%,降低了氧化钕成本。

Abstract:Through the study on the preparation of neodymium oxide by oxalic acid precipitation,it found that the precipitation process or the product performance is the same either using oxalic acid and ammonia water as mixed precipitating agent or using oxalic acid as single precipitating agent.While using the former precipitating agent,the consumption of oxalic acid can decrease 0.32 kg/(kg Nd 2O 3),the yield of Nd 2O 3 can increase 0.8% and the manufacture cost of the product can also be lowered.
