| 摘 要： | 水资源论证的实施标志着水资源管理工作走上了规范化、制度化的轨道。河北省把坚持水资源论证制度与支持经济社会可持续发展统一起来，通过贯彻实施水资源论证制度，促进了企业自身节水工作的开展、水资源的统一调配，调整了农业的种植结构，保障建设项目的用水安全，从而促进了河北省水资源优化配置。

| Abstract: | Water resources argumentation shows that the management of water resources goes to the tracks of standardization. In Hebei, we integrate the argumentation with supporting social sustainable development, by implementing water resources argumentation, in order to improve enterprises' water saving works, to unified manage the water resources, to adjust agro-planting structure, to guarantee water safety of the project, which can make optimal utilization of water. |
