典型高酸原油乳化原因与破乳新方法

摘    要:
研究高酸原油乳化原因,对开发破乳效果更好的破乳剂意义重大。通过对荣卡多、多巴和阿尔巴拉克3种典型高酸原油的乳化特性研究发现,当前常用的破乳剂效果较差,油 水混合强度和洗盐水pH值显著影响高酸原油的破乳效果,采用酸性助剂和螯合助剂方法可以大幅提高破乳剂的效果。

Abstract:
 It was significant for developing the demulsifiers with excellent performance to study the reason causing emulsification of high TAN (Total acid number) crude oil. By investigating the emulsification peculiarities of Roncador, Doba and Albacora three typical high TAN crude oils, it was found that the demulsification efficiency was poor when the conventional emulsion brokers were used, which was observably affected by either mixing intensity of water and oil or the pH value of washing water. The addition of acidic agent or chelating agent could improve the effect of demulsifiers substantially.
