| 摘 要： | 为了改善切削条件，减少刀具磨损，提高刀具寿命，对硬质合金刀具切削合金钢时选用不同切削液的切削过程进行研究，并通过实验来分析刀具切削时的磨损机理和切削液的影响因素，从而认识到切削液的作用机理和判断选用优劣切削液的依据。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the cutting condition, reduce the cutter wear, increase the cutter life, the cutting process of carbide tool with different cutting coolant was studied, the wear mechanism of cutter and the influence factors of the cutting coolant were analysed with experiments. Thus the function of the coolant was realized and the basis of judging and selecting high or low graded coolants was provided. |
