污染源治理与饮用水除污染并重──关于我国城市水环境污染对策的探讨

针对我国短期内不可能显著改善水环境污染状况的现实，对目前我国的水环境污染防治对策提出了不同看法，认为仅将重点放在污染源治理上，会使３亿城市居民长期饮用含污染物的水，对人体健康构成很大危害，这样的对策显然是不全面的。防止或减少污染物进入水体固然是重要的，但防止或减少已进入水体的污染物进入人体显然也是重要的，所以应该采取污染源治理和饮用水除污染并重的对策。对饮用水除污染在环境保护中的地位以及技术可行性和社会经济效益也进行了讨论。

On countermeasures against urban water environment pollution in China

In the light of existing situation that the water environment pollution in China can hardly be remarkably improved in a short time,a different viewpoint to the existing measures of preventing and controlling city water pollution is put forward. If the focal point of preventing and controlling city water pollution is laid merely on the water sources treatment, 300 million citizens have to drink polluted water for a long time and their health will be seriously threatened,such measures are obviously not effectual. Reducing pollutant in water sources is of course important,but preventing and reducing pollutant in water entering human body is also important;so the measures of simutaneously treating pollution in water sources and removing pollutant from drinking water should be adopted. The role and effect of removing pollutant from drinking water in environment,its technical feasibility and its social and economic benefits are also discussed.
