摘    要:低压铸造是利用坩锅内气压,将金属液体由下而上充填模具的过程.分析了液面加压低压铸造的要求,设计了由可编程序控制器(PLC)、触摸屏、组合阀组成的控制系统.该系统采用模糊控制策略实现了液面加压的合理控制,并具有泄漏补偿的能力.充型速度可以根据设定值精确重复再现,不受炉内泄漏和管路气压波动的影响.触摸屏编程简单,界面清晰,可以在其上设定参数.整个系统稳定可靠,结构紧凑,阀门更换方便,人机界面便于操作.

Abstract:Low pressure casting is the process of metal liquid filled in mould down-top in virtue of pressure of crucible. This paper analyzed the requirements of liquid surface pressure, designed control system which consists of PLC, touch screen and combination valve. The control system which has function of leakage compensation adopted fuzzy control strategy and realized the pressure control on the liquid surface. The speed of full mould can be repeated accurately on the basis of given parameter values, and is not influenced by leaking in furnace and pressure fluctuating. Programming of the proposed model is simple to screen and interface is clear. The system can be operated reliably. The human-machine interface of proposed model is easy to use.
