微波合成三聚氰胺高效减水剂

摘    要:采用微波法合成了磺化三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(SMUF),考察了原料配比、反应时间、温度、微波功率及反应体系浓度对反应的影响。较佳的合成条件为:磺甲基化,pH=11.5,θ_1=75℃,t_1=30 min,微波功率350 W;缩合,pH_2=5.5,θ_2=60℃,t_2=15 min,微波功率350 W,反应物质量分数35%~40%;碱性重整,pH_3=7.5,θ_3=85℃,t_3=15 min,微波功率350 W。微波法合成的减水剂与传统方法合成的减水剂相比,减水率增大10%~13%,抗压强度增大3%。

Abstract:Sulfonated melamine urea formaldehyde resin(SMUF) superplasticizer was prepared under microwave irradiation.The influencing factors on the reaction,such as materials proportion,reaction time,temperature,microwave power and material concentrations,were thoroughly studied.The optimum conditions were found as follows:microwave power 350 W;pH_1=11.5,θ_1=75℃,t_1=30 min; pH_2=5.5,θ_2=60℃,t_2=15 min,concentration of the reactant 35%-40%;pH_3=7.5,θ_3=85℃, t_3=15 min.Experimental results indicated that,compared with traditional methods,water reduction of SMUF synthesized using microwave increased by 10%-13%and compressive strength increased by 3%.
