球墨铸铁芯轴铸件无冒口铸造工艺设计

Casting Process Design of Nodular Cast Iron Mandrel without Riser

In order to solve the internal shrinkage defects of the head mandrel of small modulus ductile cast iron,the traditional process design idea was changed,and the casting perimetrischem quotient was increased artificially.Through practical production test,the process scheme of riserless casting was determined successfully.The production rate of the process is greatly increased and the production cost is greatly reduced.After dissecting the casting,it was found that there were no shrinkage defects in it,which proved that small modulus ductile iron could be cast without riser.
