| 摘 要： | 色彩景观是在长期的自然环境和人文历史环境影响下形成的,是城市的宝贵财富,在城市规划设计中可发挥塑造城市特色的作用.目前,我国的城市色彩规划管理仍处于尝试阶段,需改进色彩规划的理论方法并将其技术框架融入现有城市规划体系.近年来,杭州市开展了重点地段的规划试点及宏观层面的色彩规划等实践探索,形成了科学规划、制度化管理的色彩规划与管理思路. |
