基于Icepak的注塑机控制器散热翅片的优化

摘    要:针对某公司的一款注塑机控制器的翅片散热问题,运用CFD软件Icepak对散热器的翅片厚度和高度进行了数值模拟和仿真分析,通过对比优化前后的散热效果,采用优化后的翅片厚度和高度获得了满足散热要求的翅片结构。结果表明:翅片厚度为lmm高度为8mm时,翅片散热效果得到强化,有效地降低了CPU的中心温度。

Abstract:In order to solve the thermal problems of a company' s injection molding machine, the lport utilizes the CFD software ICEPAK to make a numerical simulation as well as a simulation analysis of the fin thickness and height of the radiator. By comparing before and after the heat dissipation effect of optimization, it proves that the adoption of the optimized fin thickness and height of the radiator obtains the fin structure of satisfying the requirements of heat dissipation. The results show that when the fin thickness is 1 mm and height is 8 mm, the effect of heat dissipation will be bet ter, and the core temperature of CPU will be effectivelv reduced.
