红花羊蹄甲花色素成分的鉴定及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以红花羊蹄甲花为原料提取天然色素,用纸层析法分离色素,用化学分析方法和紫外可见光谱法对色素成分进行了鉴定.从超氧阴离子自由基(·O2)清除能力、羟自由基(.OH)清除能力两个方面评价羊蹄甲花色素的抗氧化活性,并与抗氧化剂Vc进行比较.结果表明:用纸层析分离色素得到2个组分,经鉴定2个组分都为黄酮类花色苷色素.色素对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用基本与Vc相当,对羟基自由基的清除作用略低于Vc.羊蹄甲花色素作为具有抗氧化活性的天然色素,有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Natural pigment was extracted from Bauhinia blakeana Dunn flower. Paper chromatography was applied to separate compositions of the pigment. The structure was identified by using chemical analysis method and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry. The antioxidant activities were evaluated by superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability, and compared with Vc. The results showed that two main components obtained from the pigment via paper chromatography separation. The two main components were anthocyanin. The superoxide anion scavenging ability most the same as Vc, the hydroxyl radical scavenging ability was weaker than Vc. The Bauhinia blakeana Dunn flower pigment has antioxidant activities with broad application prospects.
