| Abstract: | From the perspective of goal positioning of applied talents training, construction of the curriculum system, establishment of multiplex personnel training mode, teaching staff construction and practicing condition protection, effects of talent training and specialty construction were expounded for chemical engineering and technology specialty in local teachers college. Furthermore, main construction methods were introduced in the paper. |
