摘    要:天铁板带车间加热炉投产后,存在加热能力不足,炉压波动幅度和热损失较大及空、煤气配比不易控制等问题。影响钢坯加热质量和板带成材率、合格率。通过改造措施,使其达到设计能力,各项经济技术指标大幅上升,实现高效节能。

Abstract:Since putting into the production of the regenerative furnace, the problems, such as insufficient heating ability, big fluctuation of furnace pressure and heat loss, uneasy control on gas proportioning in the slab workshop influence the heating quality of billet and the finished products ratio of slabs. The rebuilding make it reach the design capacity and raise greatly its economic and technical index and energy efficiency.
