| 摘 要： | 主要讨论了耦合和节点都带有时变时滞,以及耦合函数为线性的动态网络模型的同步问题.首先建立该模型.然后针对这个新模型,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式（LMI）,得到了一些网络同步的充分条件.理论推导和数值结果均表明该同步方法的有效性和可行性.

| Abstract: | We introduce complex dynamical network models with two kinds of time-varying delays in both nodes and coupling item of networks.We then investigate their synchronization phenomena and criteria.Based on these new complex network models,we derive synchronization conditions in terms of the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities（LMI）.Furthermore,both the theoretical analysis and the results of numerical simulations illuminate the validity and feasibility of the synchronized method. |
