摘    要:在计算机上实现机电产品的虚拟装配,需涉及到开发工具的选择、软件接口、零部件建模、几何模型的位姿变换、几何模型的碰撞干涉检查、动画与交互的实现等技术方法.通过对放顶煤液压支架虚拟装配技术的研究和应用,成功开发了“基于Web3D的放顶煤液压支架虚拟装配平台”,实现了在虚拟环境下液压支架的自动装配和分步装配.表明所采用的技术方法是可行的、软件开发是成功的,同时也为其他机电产品的虚拟装配提供了技术支持和参考.

Abstract:For virtual assembly of the mechanical and electrical products in computer, a series of techniques and methods are involved, such as the choice of development tools, the interface between the softwares, parts and components modeling, position transformation of geometric model, collision checking, realization of animation and interactive etc. By research and its application of the technology above, a virtual assembly software based on Web3D is successfully developed for the caving hydraulic support, and then, both automatic assembly and step-by- step assembly are achieved with it. So, it indicates that the technology is feasible, the software development was successful, and it can provide some technical support and reference value for virtual assembly of the other products.
