基于赫兹理论的计算机直接制版设备辊筒模态分析

摘    要:推导赫兹接触非线性理论,建立弹性接触问题的平衡方程和变形协调方程。基于SolidWorks对辊筒和轴承的装配体进行三维参数化设计,然后通过特殊接口导入ANSYS中。采用有限元法,并利用AnsysWorkbench 对印前设备辊筒进行模态分析,研究其接触力学特性。计算得出辊筒的前6阶固有频率和相关振型,为辊筒的优化设计和轴承选型提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Building equations of balance and deformation compatibility to deduce the non-linear theory of Hertz contact.3D parametric design of drum and ball bearing assembly are made based on SolidWolks .The model file is exported to ANSYS through special interface.By using finite element method and using Ansys workbench software,modal analysis is carried out, its mechanical characteristics are investigated.The first six of the drum natural frequency and vibration model are obtained, which can provide evidence for optimization design and bearing selection.
