摘    要:
弧齿锥齿轮工作时齿面接触应力的大小直接影响其使用寿命和安全。利用CATIA的逆向工程技术建立齿轮的三维模型,利用CATIA和ABAQUS的无缝连接接口,将齿轮的三维模型导入有限元软件ABAQUS中。在ABAQUS环境下,给定齿轮的材料和设定齿轮的工况对齿轮接触应力分析,得到齿轮最危险部位的应力应变。

Abstract:
When a spiral bevel gear is working its tooth contact stress has direct effect on its service life and safety.Using reverse engineering technology of CATIA,the 3D model of spiral bevel gear is built.And using the seamless connection interface of CATIA and ABAQUS,the gear model is imported into finite element analysis software ABAQUS.In the ABAQUS Environment set the material of the gears and then contact stress analysis of the spiral bevel gear is completed under the conditions to get the most dangerous place for local stress and strain.
