| 摘 要： | 针对底部框架—抗震墙砌体房屋在汶川地震等强烈地震中呈现出的新震害特点,新抗震规范GB 50011-2010建筑抗震设计规范和JGJ 248-2012底部框架—抗震墙砌体房屋抗震技术规程均提出了新的设计要求,就规范内容,对一些设计要点和难点进行了分析,旨在对该类结构设计起到一定的帮助作用。

| Abstract: | This paper put forward new design requirements according to the existing seismic characteristics, new seismic code GB 50011-2010 Buildings Seismic Design Code and JGJ 245-2012 Bottom Frame Seismic Wall Masonry Building Seismic Technical Specifications of bottom frameanti-seismic wall masonry building in Wenchuan and other strong earthquakes, analyzed some design key points and difficulties, in order to play help effect to this type of structure design. |
