典型电力业务终端的通信接入网选型研究

摘    要:为了满足多种电力业务终端数据传输需求,建设双向、安全、可靠、灵活的通信接入网络是最关键环节之一。文章分析了典型电力业务终端的通信质量需求,探讨多种有线/无线通信技术在电力终端业务中应用的可行性。为了建立通信技术与电力终端业务的耦合量化关系,设计了一种多属性综合通信技术指标与电力终端业务需求的数值匹配算法,解决电力通信接入网的选型问题。以配电自动化业务(二遥)为例验证了该算法能合理地建立配电自动化业务的通信网络,并给出了其他典型电力业务终端的通信技术选型建议,为智能电力终端通信网建设提供理论指导。

Abstract:To meet the data transmission requirements of multiple power terminal services,a two-way,safe,reliable and flexible communication network is the most key component.This paper analyzes the communication quality requirements of typical power service terminals and discusses the feasibility of various wired/wireless communication technologies in power terminal services.Then,to build the coupling relationship between communication technology and power terminal business,a numerical matching algorithm of multi-attribute integrated communication technology index and power terminal service requirement is designed to solve the problem of power communication access network selection.Taking the distribution automation service as a study case,this paper verifies that the algorithm can reasonably establish the communication network of distribution automation service,and gives some suggestions for the selection of communication technology of other typical power service terminals.It provides a theoretical guidance for the construction of intelligent power terminal communication network.
