红毛藻可溶性成分提取方法

摘    要:对用不同方法提取红毛藻可溶性成分的提取效果进行了比较,同时用正交实验确定了酶解的最佳提取条件。结果表明:酶解法的提取效果最好,能有效地保持红毛藻的天然颜色,经纤维素酶(1%)预处理后,红毛藻的提取率可达59.15%。

Abstract:The effects of different methods of extracting soluble components from Bangia fusco-purpurea were compared, and the optimum extraction conditions for enzymolysis determined by orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that the extraction effect of the enzymolysis method was best, and that the natural colour of Bangia fusco-purpurea could be effectively maintained by using this method. After pretreatment with 1% cellulase, the extraction ratio of Bangia fusco-purpurea could reach 59.15%.
