硫、磷系添加剂作用机理的研究

摘    要:对硫、磷系添加剂的相互作用进行了研究,并用HQ-1型摩擦磨损试验机考察了其复配对润滑油抗磨极压性的影响。结果表明:硫、磷系添加剂复配,在一定的摩尔比范围内,抗磨极压性具有协同效应,摩擦表面生成含硫化铁和磷化铁为主体的化学保护膜,并发现T321与T304在一定反应条件下,生成新的含磷化合物。

Abstract:The interaction between sulfur and phosphorous additives was studied by 31P NMR N FT-IR and X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analyses. Lubricating features of combination of sulfur and phosphorous additives were determined by HQ-1 machine, The results indicated the combination of sulfur and phosphorous additives within certain P/S mole ratio have synergistic effects. The reaction film containing iron phosphate and iron sulfide was formed on rubbed surface. A new P-containing compound produced from Sulfurized Olefin (T321) and Dibutylphosphite(T304).
