摘    要:建立了氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定富硒酵母中Se含量的分析方法.研究了工作条件、试剂对其含量测定的影响,探讨了消化试剂对样品消化的影响和共存离子的干扰及消除.该方法检出限为0.0785μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.45%,线性范围为0-100μg/L,回收率为95.4%~104.3%.

Abstract:A method for the determination of selenium in selenium-enriched yeast by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) has been developed. The effects of the instrumental and chemical parameters on atomic fluorescence signal of selenium were discussed and the optimum conditions were recommended. The effects of digest reagents on digestion of samples and the interference from foreign ions on selenium were briefly discussed. The detection limit for selenium is 0.078 5 μg/L under the optimum condition. The line ranger is 0-100μg/L. The relative standard derivation is less than 0.45%, and the recovery rate is 95.4%-104.3%.
