发动机箱盖压铸模高速铣削加工编程研究

摘    要:从优化高速加工工艺过程的角度出发,阐述了采用Cimatron进行模具高速加工编程的策略,主要包括合适的高速加工方法的选择、刀具切入切出、移刀方式的控制等,以发动机箱盖凹模型腔作为加工对象,制定加工策略和切削参数,完成高速加工编程。实践表明应用该软件进行编程满足高速加工要求,克服传统加工方法的缺点,节省设计制造周期,增强了产品生产品质和效率。

Abstract:Viewing from optimizing the high speed machining technology,the strategy of high speed machining for mold with the Cimatron software is illustrated,which includes the choice of machining method,the cut-over and cut-off of cutter and the control of tool route manner etc..As an example of machining a female die cavity of engine lid,the machining strategy is made and cutting parameters is given to finish the program of high speed machining.The practices show that programme using the software can meet the requirements of high speed milling and overcome the shortcoming of the traditional cutting ways,thus shorten the cycle of design and production and increase the quality and production efficiency of products.
