长管道对阀控缸液压系统动态特性的影响

摘    要:通过利用管道算子将阀的压力-流量方程转换成负载的压力-流量方程,将管道的分布参数模型与阀控对称缸液压系统的模型相结合,建立起整个系统的传递函数,通过MATLAB编程绘制该系统的Bode图,并得出管道长度和内径对阀控对称缸液压系统快速性与稳定性的影响。结果表明:管道直径和内径的增加都会使系统固有频率降低,系统频响变慢;管道效应对系统中高频特性影响明显,系统中高频幅值特性出现波动,相频特性出现阶梯式滞后。

Effect of Long Pipe on Dynamic Characteristics of Valve Controlled Cylinder Hydraulic System
Abstract:By using the pipeline operator , the pressure-flow equation of valve was converted into the one of load .The distributed parameter model and the model of valve controlled symmetrical cylinder hydraulic system were combined to establish the transfer func -tion of the whole system .Bode diagram of the system was drawn by MATLAB programming , and the impact of length and internal diam-eter of pipe on the quickness and stability of valve controlled symmetry cylinder hydraulic system was obtained .The results show that the increase of pipe diameter and inner diameter will decrease the natural frequency of the system , and the frequency response of the system slows down .The pipeline effect has obvious effect on the high frequency characteristics of the system , the mid-high-frequency amplitude characteristic fluctuates , and the phase-frequency characteristic exhibits step-lag.
