摘    要:为了能更好地研究二次再热汽轮机组控制技术,针对二次再热机组DEH建模的问题,进行了理论分析与仿真研究。阐述了二次再热机组与一次再热机组的结构区别与特点,分析了二次再热机组启动方式、控制方案,重点研究了二次再热机组的动态特性,建立了二次再热机组DEH中各汽缸功率、伺服系统、PID调节器等各个环节的传递函数模型,结合超(超)临界机组运行参数,采用Matlab中的SIMULINK对模型进行了仿真模拟。结果显示,实际值能很好地跟随系统给定值,两者曲线几乎完全重合,说明建立的二次再热机组DEH模型是可行的。

DEH of double reheat steam turbine modeling and analysis
Abstract:Aiming at modeling DEH of double reheat steam turbine to study its controlling technology of double reheat steam turbine, the theory of DEH was analyzed and simulation was conducted. The structure difference between double reheat steam turbine and reheat steam turbine and the characteristics were introduced. The control scheme of double reheat turbine and starting method were analyzed and its dynamic characteristics of double reheat steam turbine was researched especially. Cylinder power, servo system, PID regulator etc. in DEH of double reheat steam turbine were modeled. SIMULINK was used to simulate the model combined with supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit operation parameters. The results showed the actual value follow the given value well and the actual value curve was almost completely coincided with the given value curve.
