摘 要: | 数字化制造工程系统(DMES)是基于研发PDM系统建立的设计、制造一体化开发和管理的系统平台,以产品数据、工艺数据、工厂数据和资源数据为基础,在数字化环境内,进行产品制造工艺规划、工艺仿真和工艺可行性评审。主要针对SE工艺评审业务活动,提出了工艺虚拟评审在DMES中的应用方案,以实现系统对业务过程的有效支持。

Abstract: | Digital manufacturing engineering system ( DMES) is the development and management system platform integrated de-sign and manufacturing function based on the development of PDM system .The use of DMES system can assure product manufacturing process planning , process simulation and process feasibility assessment in the digital environment based on the product data , process data, plant data and resource data .The application scheme of process dummy evaluation in DMES aiming at SE process evaluation busi -ness activity was proposed in order to achieve effective support to business procedure . |
