摘    要:介绍喷杆喷雾机综合性能自动测试系统的组成、结构以及工作原理。通过机械、自动化设备以及计算机辅助系统相结合,应用此系统能够快速、准确地测试液泵的性能参数,如压力、流量、扭矩、转速、容积效率、机械效率等;通过导轨式集雾槽单元可以便捷地测试喷杆喷雾机沿喷杆方向雾滴的分布均匀性。

Design of Automatic Test System for Boom Sprayer Comprehensive Performance
Abstract:The composition, structure and working principle of the comprehensive performance automatic test system for boom sprayer were introduced. The performance parameters of the system, such as pressure, flow, torque, speed, volume efficiency, me-chanical efficiency, could be tested rapidly and accurately through the combination of mechanical, automation equipment and computer aided system. With guide rail type mist collecting tank unit, droplet distribution uniformity along the spray rod direction could be tested conveniently.
