摘    要:介绍了阳谷祥光铜业有限公司期工程1000 kt/4硫酸装置工艺流程和设备配置情况。在一期工程高浓度SO2烟气转化技术成功运行的基础上,通过改进干吸串酸方式和转化器进口分布风、转化工序设置火管废热锅炉等措施,进一步提升了制酸装置的技术水平。除SO2风机和高温循环风机外,该装置其他设备均实现国产化1000 kt/a硫酸装置投产以来已稳定运行4个多月时间,除转化率略低于设计值外,其他各项技术指标均达到或超过设计值。实际生产中进转化器烟气φ(SO2)在18.1%~18.3%、氧硫比0.85~0.86,总转化率在99.93%、尾气ρ(SO2)在348.6~382.9 mg/m~3,电耗58.70~61.25 kWh/t。

Abstract:Process and equipment configuration of 1 000 kt/a metallurgical acid plant of Xiangguang Copper Co.PhaseⅡproject are described.Based on the successful operation of high-concentration SO,gas conversion technologies in PhaseⅠmetallurgical acid plant,some measures were taken to further raise the technological level of the plant,such as improving acid crossflowing way of drying and absorption section and gas distribution at converter inlet,and installing fire tube waste heat boiler in conversion section.Except for SO,blower and high-temperature circulation blower,the other equipment of the plant was made domestically.The 1 000 kt/a sulphuric acid plant has been operated stably for more than 4 months with SO,concentration at converter inlet of 18.1%- 18.3%,oxygen to sulphur ratio of 0.85-0.86,total conversion efficiency of 99.93%,SO2 concentration in tail gas of 348.6-382.9 mg/m~3 and power consumption of 58.70-61.25 kWh/t.Except for conversion efficiency slightly lower than design value,the other operation indexes reached or were superior to design values.
