| 摘 要： | 大庆石油化工总厂化工厂苯乙烯装置是引进美国Badger工艺,自开工至今已经连续运行10 a,先后应用了5批乙苯脱氢催化剂.通过对每批催化剂的运行数据进行分析,总结出乙苯脱氢催化剂的使用经验,对同类装置的运行具有借鉴和指导作用.

| Abstract: | The styrene of Daqing Petrochemical Complex Chemical Plant uses the imported American Badger Process, has been continuously running for 10 years since startup, and has successively used 5 batches of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst. Through the analysis on the operation data of each batch of catalyst, the experience on application of ethylbezene dehydrogenation catalyst is summarized, which can be taken as lesson and guidance for the similar plants. |
