| Abstract: | German dual system of vocational training is expounded and analyzed,whose characteristics are summarized as follows：to ensure college-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,the involvement of industry associations,the active participation of enterprises,and the separation of power among target setting,curriculum implementation and assessment.The study is intended to provide reference and enlightenment for higher vocational education reform in China. |
