数控车床无退刀槽螺纹切削研究

摘    要:数控车床大都没有将无退刀槽螺纹加工功能进行模块化处理,在执行完螺纹指令后执行退刀指令的过程中,产生的滥牙乱扣现象会造成零件报废。解决这一问题只能通过数控程序来实现。针对这个问题,设计了无退刀槽螺纹加工退刀方式。经实际工件的加工检验,这种退刀方式的加工效果良好。

Abstract:Relief-notch-free screw thread function is not modularized in many CNC machine tools. The thread scrapped parts, which often appear in relief notch process, will reject all the machining effort. So this problem can only be handled by manual programming. Contrary to this problem, the author proposed a relief-notch-free technique, and verified it by real machining. It is found that, this technique can achieve good results in real manufacture.
