微硅-漂珠复合低密度水泥浆体系在松南地区的应用研究

摘    要:根据颗粒级配原理优化了水泥、微硅和漂珠的分布,研制出了微硅-漂珠复合低密度水泥浆体系,该体系具有流变性好、稠化时间及稠化过渡时间短、静胶凝过渡时间短等特点.在松南地区4口井的应用证明,该水泥浆体系适合松南地区的地质特点,能满足该地区的固井要求,固井优质率达95%,社会效益和经济效益非常显著.

Abstract:Based on optimizing distributions of cement, micro-s i licon and floating beads by the grain composition rule, the compound low density cement slurry system is developed. This system has some advantages, including g ood rheology, short thickening time, short transition time, and short static gel time. Its applications to 4 wells in Songnan area indicate that it is suitable for geological features in this area, and can meet cementing requirements with 9 5% of high quality and remarkable social and economic benefits.
