蒙脱土插层改性丙烯酸酯乳液水泥基复合防水涂料的研究

摘    要:采用乳液插层法制备了有机蒙脱土改性丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了由其制得的丙烯酸酯乳液水泥基防水涂料的 力学性能、耐水性能、耐热老化性能和耐紫外老化性能。结果表明,在有机蒙脱土用量为3%时,有机蒙脱土插层 改性可显著提高涂膜的力学性能、耐水性能、耐热老化性能和耐紫外老化性能。

Abstract:Organic-montmorillonite(OMMT) modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by way of emulsion intercalation. Mechanical properties, water resistance, heat-resistant ageing and ultraviolet-resistant ageing of polyacrylate emulsion-cement compounded waterproof coating were investigated. Testing results showed that intercalation modification by 3wt% OMMT could markedly improve mechanical properties, water resistance, heat-resistant ageing and ultraviolet resistant ageing of coating film.
