过氧化氢用于燃料油脱硫研究新进展

摘    要:简要介绍了国内外采用过氧化氢进行燃料油脱硫的研究新进展。主要包括催化剂选择、溶剂(萃取剂)选择以及脱硫反应参数优选等。被脱硫的燃料油包括柴油、汽油、轻油等。有些研究采用H2O2催化氧化与超声波、UV辐射等相结合,提高脱硫效果。所有研究结果表明该法脱硫率高(可达90% ̄99%),硫含量可降至50μg/g以下甚至还低很多,且反应可在常温、常压的温和条件下进行,易于实现工业化。需考虑的主要问题是处理费用及原料安排、工艺放大及优化等。

Abstract:New research progress in applications of hydrogen peroxide in desulfurization of fuel oils at home and abroad is introduced briefly. Researches include catalysts choice, solvents (extractants) choice as well as optimization of desulfunization reaction parameters. The desulfurized fuel oils include diesel, gasoline, light oil, etc. Some researchers combine H2O2 catalytic oxidation with effects of ultrasonic wave, UV radiation, etc. to increase desulfurization rate. All research results indicate that the method possesses high desulfurization rate (90% ̄99%), sulfur content can be decreased to less than 50 μg/g, even much lower. Moreover, desulfurization reaction can be carried out under mild conditions of normal temperature and pressure, thus it is easy to be applied in industry. The key questions to be considered are the treatment costs, raw materials arrangement as well as amplification and optimization of technology.
