对高放废物地质处置安全评价研究的讨论

摘    要:
综述了高放废物地质处置安全评价已经取得的进展。说明在ICRP建议的地质处置基本安全要求,IAEA正在研制的地质处置国际安全标准和安全评价方法学,以及各有关国家对地质处置安全评价的研究和实践活动之间,存在着既衔接又互动的关系。讨论了地质处置安全评价的某些研发要点。表明地质处置系统的特征,例如整体性、多重性和互补性、动态性、可预测性、可监控性以及目前正在探讨的可逆转性和可回取性等,对于地质处置安全评价研究具有导向意义。

Abstract:
The improvement to safety assessment of geological disposal of HLW is reviewed, indicating that there exists connection and interaction between the basic safety requirement of geological disposal suggested by ICRP, the international safety standards and safety assessment methodology being developed by IAEA, and the research and practice of safety assessment for geological disposal in all the related countries. Some R&D points of safety assessment for geological disposal are discussed, indicating that the features of the geological disposal system, such as integrity, multiplicity, complementarity, dynamics, predictability, controllability and currently discussed reversibility and retrievability, have guiding value for the research of safety assessment for geological disposal.
