| 摘 要： | 国内的复混肥企业很多，但规模都很小，介绍建设在东北的一个300kt/a复混肥装置的工艺流程，设备布置和主要设备规格，总结了造粒机，成品干燥机，破碎机，振动筛以及干燥尾气处理系统的设计要点，指出复混肥行业专用的破碎机尚有待研究，开发。

| Abstract: | There are many compound fertilizer enterprises in China,but their scale is very small.The author describes the process flow,equipment layout and specifications of main equipment of a 300*!kt/a compound fertilizer plant constructed in Northeast China,summarizes key points of design of the granulator,the product drier,the crusher,the vibrating sieve,and the treatment system of the tail gas from drying,and points out that special crushers for the compound fertilizer industry are to be studied and developed. |
