摘    要:振动固井是在下套管,注灰,顶替和候凝的过程中,采用机械振动,液压或空气脉冲,水力冲击等手段,产生振动波作用于套管,钻井液和固井液来提高固井质量的一项新技术,实践证明,振动可以提高水泥石强度,提高顶替效率,消除水泥中的气泡,形成完好的水泥五,还可以缩短候凝的时间,防止固井后的油,气,水混窜,有利于提高一,二界面的胶结强度。文中详尽介绍了国内振动固井的各项技术现状及发展。

Abstract:Vibration cementing is a new technology to improve cementing quality.It utilizes mechanical vibration,hydraulic pressure,air pulse and hydraulic impact means to produce vibration liquid which will act on casing pipe,drilling fluid and cementing fluid during the process of running casing,cementing,displacement and waiting-on-cement.It has been proved that vibration cemnting can increase cement strength and displacement efficiency,eliminate air bubble in cement and form a intact cement sheath.Meanwhile,it can also shorten waiting-on-cement and avoid channel among oil,gas and water,which is propitious to improve the bond strength of the first and second interfacial.The paper describes in detail all kinds of vibration cementing techniques both in China and abroad and their developing status quo.
