| 摘 要： | 本文研究用稀土硅铁和SG变质剂作联合球化剂,而不用含镁的合金来处理球墨铸铁。试验结果表明:SG变质剂与稀土硅铁联合使用可以制成优质球墨铸铁。SG变质剂有着许多优点:具有强的脱氧脱硫作用,石墨球经细化,防止氧、硫回升和延缓球化衰退。对于大断面球墨铸铁件,有防止球化不良和消除反白口的作用。

| Abstract: | A new inoculant SG allied with rare earth ferro silico instead magnesium as a spheroidizing agent was investigated. Experiments show that SG inoculant has several advantages in producing ductile cast iron. It is very effective in desulfurizing and deoxidizing molten iron, promoting spheroidization fining down graphite spheroids,preventing recovery of sulfer and oxide, and delaying fading of spheroidization. It has the effect keeping heavy section ductile iron casting from degeneration and invers chills. |
