智能型低压电动机综合保护器的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了电动机保护器的现状及存在的主要问题;讨论了一种用于中小型电动机智能型综合保护器的硬件结构和特点,以及软件开发流程。实践证明,该系统不仅能够自动判断电动机运行过程中的各种参数并作出相应的保护措施,而且具有较强的抗干扰能力,大大提高了保护器的工作可靠性。

Abstract:The status and main issues of the motor protector are described in this paper. The hardware structure, characteristics and the software development process of one intelligent comprehensive protector for small motors is discussed. It has been proved that this system can automatically determine the various motor parameters during operation and make the appropriate protective responses. It also has strong anti-jamming capability and greatly improves the reliability of the protection device.
