摘    要:目的从虎杖中提取并分离蒽醌类成分大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚等。方法用改进的索氏提取法和碱梯度提取法提取分离不同酸性的蒽醌成分。结果改进后的工艺比传统的提取法提高了蒽醌类成分的提取率,缩短了提取时间。结论此法可供较大规模的提取分离蒽醌类成分参考。

Abstract:Objective To extract and separate the anthraquinone compounds, such as rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion, etc. from Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati. Methods The anthraquinones with different acidity were extracted and separated by improved Soxhlet extraction method and basic gradient extraction method. Results The improved technology could raise the extraction rate and shorten the extraction time. Conclusion The method can be used to test the extraction and separation of anthraquinone compounds on a large scale.
