| 摘 要： | 根据多骨位塑件的结构与工艺要求,制定了适合该此类塑件的模具设计方案,模具采用两板模结构,模具无滑块结构,浇注系统采用潜伏式进胶结构,塑件内部有众多骨位,顶出系统设计时需要注意塑件顶出平衡,使模具可以大批量生产。
