| 摘 要： | 结合建设项目竣工环境保护验收实际工作经验,对铜冶炼项目的产排污节点及其排放水平进行了总结,分析了铜冶炼项目对周边土壤环境质量的潜在影响,明确了加强铜冶炼项目周边土壤环境质量监管的必要性。提出了全生命周期监管思路,指导企业在不同阶段分别对周边土壤环境质量开展监测,同时针对当前土壤环境管理体系及土壤监测技术方法存在的不足,提出了改进的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on experience of construction project completion acceptance of environmental protection of copper smelter, pollution characteristics of copper smelter were analyzed. Possible influence of copper smelter on surrounding soil environmental quality was evaluated. It is very necessary to enhance supervision and management of soil environmental quality. The proposal of lifecycle management was put forward which can guide enterprises to carry out environment quality monitoring of the soil around the project at different stages. Meanwhile, some suggestions were given to improve inadequacy of current soil environmental management and to adjust standardize methods of environment quality monitoring. |
