压力传感器动态测量方法的研究

摘    要:介绍一种获得压力传感器动态特性指标的方法,可以利用周期压力波激励压力传感器,测得压力传感器的频率响应,然后,利用计算机采集输出电压,通过软件处理滤波的方法,就可以获得压力传感器的频谱特性。测量结果证明:这种测量方法可以很方便地获得传感器全频程的动态特性,为进一步设计改善压力传感器的动态性能提供实验数据。

Abstract:A method for gaining dynamic index of pressure transducer is introduced, the frequency response of pressure transducer is measured through stimulating pressure transducer by cycle pressure wave, then output voltage is collected through using computer with filter solved by software, so spectral property of pressure transducer can be gained. The test results show that dynamic characteristic in full spectral range may be gained by the measurement method easily, it can provide test data for more improving and designing dynamic performance of pressure transducer.
