摘    要:智能建筑在使用过程中存在控制运行策略不合理、系统稳定性差等典型问题,对智能建筑进行节能与优化研究,需要重视空调系统在建模方面的研究。同时,由于智能建筑中空调系统能耗随用户需求量实时变化,如何从系统角度出发,建立空调系统动态能耗数学模型已成为近些年智能建筑中空调系统节能与优化的研究热点。结合国内外研究现状,分别从空调系统数学模型和典型设备数学模型的建立及优化方面进行阐述,总结了智能建筑中空调系统建模及优化研究现状,并展望了智能建筑中空调系统在建模及优化方面的研究趋势。

Research and Development Trends of Air Conditioning System Modeling in Intelligent Buildings
Abstract:In the using process of intelligent building, there are some typical problems, such as irrational control operation strategy, poor system stability and so on. At the same time, because the energy consumption of the air conditioning system in the intelligent building changes with the demand of the user, how to establish the dynamic energy consumption model of the air conditioning system has become a hot topic in recent years. The current status of the establishment and optimization of the modeling of air conditioning system and the typical equipment model in air conditioning system are introduced and analyzed, based on domestic and foreign literatures. The tendency of the establishment and optimization of air conditioning system modeling in intelligent buildings is prospected.
