高铜解吸尾炭加压酸浸脱铜实验研究

摘    要:本文针对云南某黄金选厂解吸尾炭含铜高、常压酸法脱铜率低等现状,对其进行加压酸浸脱铜实验研究。结果表明:最佳实验条件为氧压0.2MPa、盐酸质量分数5%、酸浸时间3小时、液炭比6:1,在此实验条件下脱铜率可达90.5%,炭末率为1.9%。该法可有效缩短酸洗时间,且不用额外的添加剂,便能达到满意的脱铜效果。

Abstract:This paper that was aimed at the present situation of the high-copper desorption of depleted carbon and Low copper removal rate in the atmosphere acid ,launched the experimental study on the removal of copper by pressurized acid leaching in a gold plant in Yunnan.The results showed that the best experimental conditions for oxygen pressure 0.2MPa, hydrochloric acid mass fraction 3, acid leaching time 5% hours, liquid carbon ratio 6:1, in this experimental conditions, the rate of removal of copper up to 90.49%, the powdered carbon rate of 1.9%.The method can short effectively the pickling time and achieve satisfactory removal of copper and not addadditional additives.
