新型偏心式行星球磨机动力学研究

摘    要:这里研究了新型偏心式行星球磨机的动力学,并基于其结构参数,导出了研磨体与磨筒壁的脱离点不受球磨机转速影响,而仅与其结构参数有关的研磨体脱壁的临界表达式;建立了偏心对研磨效率影响的表征模型.研究为实现该新型球磨机研磨过程控制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In the paper,the dynamics of grinding ball in a new eccentricity Planet Muller and critical expression of collision between the ball and container wall of the Planet Muller have been investigated based on design parameters of the Planet Muller.For evaluate grinding efficiency,a theory model of analyzing the relationship among grinding velocity,eccentricity of the Planet Muller and grinding ball mass has been developed.It is evident that the research result can provide design fundaments for further improving the new Planet Muller and theory model of realizing grinding efficiency controlling.
