ARL-9800XP X射线荧光光谱仪故障分析

摘    要:通过对使用瑞士ARL-9800XP X射线荧光光谱仪测量生产样品中砷元素含量时所发生的故障进行分析,给出发生故障前后的能量描迹图,并通过对脉冲高度分析器和探测器SC工作原理及结构的讨论,对导致该类故障的因素作了进一步的探讨。为今后快速、准确找到类似故障点积累了维修经验。

Abstract:Take arsenic content measurement in product sample with Swiss ARb9800 XP X-ray fluorescence spectrometer as an example, trouble occured for measuring is analyzed and energy profile graphics before and after spectrometer broke down are given. Working principle and structure of pulse height analyzer and scintillation counter are discussed. Causes of trouble are studied. Maintenance experience is accumulated for similar trouble.
