内钢板复合井壁水平承载力数值模拟研究

摘    要:内钢板高强钢纤维混凝土复合井壁水平承载力受多因素影响。作者采用相似理论对水平承载力的影响因素进行了分析,并对典型参数模拟分析,得到了影响水平承载力的显著性因素依次为:混凝土厚度、内钢板厚度、混凝土强度等级。根据对大量模拟结果的回归分析,得到了复合井壁的水平承载力计算公式,该公式考虑的几何因素有内钢板厚度和钢纤维混凝土厚度,并且考虑了钢纤维混凝土强度等级。最后通过物理模型试验,说明了计算公式的可靠性,并且提出使用时需乘以0.9的系数进行折减。

Abstract:Horizontal bearing capacity of inner steel plate compound shaft lining is influenced by multi-factor.Influence factors of horizontal bearing capacity were analyzed based on similarity theory.Through simulation calculation and analysis of typical-parameters,main influence factors of horizontal bearing capacity were got.By analyzing the results of numerical simulation,a calculation formula of estimating the horizontal bearing capacity of inner steel sheet and high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete shaft lining was obtained.In the calculation formula,the diversified factors relating to the horizontal bearing capacity was considered.Finally,the applicability and reliability of the calculation formula was verified by model examples,and a reduction coefficient of 0.9 should be multiplied.
